I haven’t posted cottages in awhile and I know you all have been desperate to see more, so here is the oft-imaged town of Bibury, situated on the River Coin, in Gloucester England. I think this is the best photo I’ve seen of this idyllic place. (jeremy on flickr)

The County-Formerly-known-as-Perthshire, Scotland, was called “the big county” due to its wide variety of landscapes. The county was abolished in 1975 and split into Central and Tayside Regions; both in the Highlands. This stone cottage and view is just too dreamy.

Sheepscombe is a small village in Gloucestershire, in the Cotswolds region of England; that dates from around 1260. It was formerly a rural, agricultural village; but today is an expensive and highly select place to live. I suppose I can see why. This place is a dream. (image by purdey12345 on panoramio.com)
